Submitting your application

1.  Send completed application, authorization form and photo ID to:  helenwoollc@gmail.com

         a. Be sure to sign and date where indicated on the application and authorization form

2.  Venmo the $40 application fee (non-refundable) to :  @helena-cat

3.  Provide the contact information of two (2) personal references

        a.  The references could be a current/past employer or a friend/colleague that knows you well, except not a family member

        b.  Please let your references know we will be contacting them

4.  It will take about 4-5 business days to review your application and complete the background check. 

5.  A phone interview will be scheduled
